What I've been up to...

No surprise here. I've been baby clothes shopping! Thanks to a couple of friends' recommendations, I checked out a local kids consignment store. Here is my haul, which totaled $18!



Included are 2 Carter sleepers, 1 plain sleeper (still had tags), a onesie, a nautical outfit, a baseball jumper and 2 hats.

And I'm going to a big sale this weekend. Wish me luck!

I received my first Old Navy Maternity order today. I was most excited about the skinny jeans, as the maternity jeans I bought from Destination Maternity were wider in the leg than I wanted. However the jeans were a total BUST. They were extremely generous in the leg. Perhaps my legs are going to get huge? Regardless, I bought these jeans to wear now, not later in my pregnancy. So back to the store they go.

The tank and shirts were all pretty big on me. I ordered a Large, which was my pre-pregnancy size. However, they were all huge on me. I'm not returning them as I can see wearing these in the spring and early summer. Perhaps I'll fill them out later.

Would I order from Old Navy Maternity again? Maybe dresses, but definitely not their skinny jeans!

2 on Tuesday: My Favorite Hair Products

For today, I'm doing something a little different and participating in my dear friend, Andrea's 2 for Tuesday. Today's topic is on your two favorite hair products.

The humidity in Florida is extreme. My hair has a tendency to turn into a poofy mess, so it is essential that I use something to tame it.



John Frieda Frizz Ease Straight Fixation Smoothing Creme

I use a dollop of this in my hair before I blow dry. It does a great job keeping my hair controlled!



John Frieda Daily Nourishment Leave-in Conditioning Spray

My hair can also get super dry. I started using this leave-in spray last summer. It is wonderful!!

CVS runs some great sales on John Frieda, including Buy One, Get One Half Off. I try to stock up when I can!
