Monday Night Dinner

I'm pretty lucky. J cooks dinner for me most weeknights (hm, yes and weekends too). I enjoy cooking, but J is way more adept than I am. For Monday's meal, he prepared grilled porkchops with zucchini "pancakes". Delicious!!

    my husband was nice enough to cook for me this week, too. sadly, most of what he cooks is out of a box. LOL
